Deals with conflict according to biblical principles while demonstrating sensitivity, tact, and maturity.

4. Ministry Management Skills

Demonstrates overall qualities of servant leadership in ministry.

ffectively manages the goals and plans for their specific area of ministry.

5. Personal Growth
